Purple Plugin Pack 2.6.3 released!

Well, it took me forever, but I released version 2.6.3 of the Purple Plugin Pack. This release is a minor update that adds IRCHelper support for Spidernet and the new Freenode services bot "frigg." IRC-More also got a few tweaks, such as actually building when using "irc-more" as the plugin name (in the --with-plugins configure argument), no longer trying to set umodes on connect if you haven't specified any, and a new field to enter autojoin channels in a comma-separated list to assist with Freenode's recent rate limiting changes.

I actually built the tarballs on 2010-03-10, but didn't release them until a few days ago, and I just now finally got to announcing it. Sorry about that; I admit I've been particularly lazy lately. Enjoy the release!

Purple Plugin Pack 2.6.2 released!

Hey, everyone. I released version 2.6.2 of the Purple Plugin Pack a few minutes ago. There are a bunch of bug fixes in it:
  • Talkfilters now builds correctly (thanks to one of the Gentoo folks who submitted a patch to fix it!)
  • The irc-more plugin correctly autorejoins chats, and no longer has an unreasonably long (or configurable) rejoin delay. Instead, the delay is hard-coded to 100 ms.
  • The splitter plugin no longer butchers OTR-encrypted messages.
  • More--check out the changelog at the link below!
Enjoy!
